I am a writer of fiction, nonfiction and songs.  Two of my short stories and numerous magazine articles about music have appeared in print. I've read my poetry on the radio and at readings where I was the featured poet. I have written more than 100 songs as well.

On these pages you can see and hear samples of my work and keep up with my current projects.

I am co-writing a history of St. John's Preparatory School in Collegeville, Minnesota. My co-author, Cindy Peterson,  and I are progressing nicely. I can already tell you the name of this new book:

wait for it . . .

A History of St. John's Preparatory School.

That title took days of soul-searching. Look for the book soon. And yes, we'll sign copies, especially yours.

Novel Progress:

I'm on my fourth draft, and I'll be ready to share this book when it's done.

Reader Review:

"I want to keep reading and reading, but I don’t want it to end. I wish I could meet Rita, Kyle and Kathy or stop in their shop—I probably wouldn’t buy anything, but I’d like to get to know them better. You created a story that had so many interesting things that I didn’t see coming. I love that!"
